Project Scope

This $110M project is a partnership between C3M and Clark Civil to upgrade nine tie breaker stations and twelve traction power substations across 20 locations in Maryland and one in Virginia to accommodate additional power capacity. The scope of work will include upgrades to supporting traction power and electrical equipment, mechanical systems, and security systems.
