Founded in 2014, Caliber Consulting Group is a certified minority-owned business delivering quality management, safety consulting, construction inspections, and project staffing solutions to infrastructure and construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. With offices in Maryland and a growing presence in Virginia, D.C., and North Carolina, we’ve built our name on reliability, expertise, and a hands-on approach that adapts to every client’s unique needs.

We serve some of the nation’s largest general contractors, offering project-specific staffing and consulting support that integrates seamlessly into active job sites. Whether it’s a safety director with transit experience or a quality engineer with ISO 9001 knowledge, our team is known for showing up ready, certified, and prepared to lead.

Caliber was created with one goal: delivering high-level consulting support without the overhead and bureaucracy of a large firm. We believe in staying lean, agile, and connected to the job site. That means when a client calls, they’re not routed through layers of admin—they speak directly to someone who knows the work, the specs, and what it takes to deliver results.
