Project Scope

This $303M Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project included the complete shutdown and rehab of the Yellow Line Tunnel and structural steel lining, as well as coating/fireproofing, civil concrete repairs, lighting replacement, utility relocations, curb/gutter/sidewalk work, road repairs, streetlight upgrades, and major bridge repairs to the Yellow Line at L’Enfant Plaza.
