Project Scope
The ~$48M project is a CMAR (Construction Management at Risk) project in Baltimore, MD. Clark Civil constructed a new maintenance building at the Maryland Area Regional Commuter (MARC) Riverside Railroad Yard to supplement the existing maintenance building’s activities. The building includes a 30-ton overhead crane with a 10-ton auxiliary hoist, a wheel truing machine, and a drop table, as well as four bays to perform heavy maintenance on MARC locomotives and coaches.
